Cheese Palace: In 1967, under the leadership of Ali Capan, it started to serve as a small dairy of 40 square meters. This humble start-up grew rapidly with the sincerity, hard work and superior efforts of the business owners, employees and dairy producers and became a position to build a factory. Only old cheddar and butter were produced in this small factory. As a result of increasing and changing customer demands and needs, ready product requests and changing market needs, it was decided to build a factory.

It was established in 1990 as a closed area of 5,000 m2 on an open area of 350,000 m2 and has a daily milk processing capacity of 150 tons.
In addition, the foundation of our factory, which is the largest industrial investment in the Eastern Anatolia Region, was laid and the factory started its production life in 1992. Production continues in the same place and today we produce white cheese, fresh cheddar, aged cheddar, cream, cream, gruyere, tongue cheese, knitted cheese and curd cheese.
