We produce fresh milk from cows fed with endemic plants in the high plateaus and pastures of Kars and Ardahan, using only salt and rennet (Şirden rennet) without adding any additives, using traditional methods inherited from our grandfather. We offer it to your table after it is matured in the north winds and received its delicious aroma.

Belly Cheddar Cheese is made from the old Kars Cheddar dough and our skilled craftsmen subject it to a special kneading process, so it has a more intense aroma. It is used for breakfast and meals. An average of 12 liters of milk is used for 1 kg of Cheddar Cheese.
