RES-MFCL1 Although it is a complex operating system and its capacity reaches the capacity of almost 4 nozzles, it can be operated by only one operator thanks to its ergonomic structure.
It does not require Industrial Electricity, you can easily operate with a 30 liter compressor in models with standard filling system. With a change we can make in the cover unit, we can operate it without the need for air.
The system works incredibly quiet, Total noise is around 60 db on standard models, which means it is almost like a standard human speech, it does not cause discomfort in the working environment.
RES-MFCL1 Fully Automatic Industrial Liquid Filling Line Working Method
Our line has a total of 4 separate stations working synchronously with each other.
The first station: It is the Feed Tray, this tray, which is made of SUS 304 Stainless steel with speed adjustment, feeds the bottles you have lined up onto the rotating table, the system automatically receives the bottles lined up on this tray.
The second station: It is the filling station, in this station, the bottles are filled from the feeding tray and lined up automatically on the rotary table. Third station: In this station, the cap of the bottle filled in the filling station is closed, in the standard machine the cap feeding system is by hand, but again as an option 5. You can get a station, namely the automatic capping station, also our cap system, again according to your need, spray or timing caps can be designed to close vial caps, metal spinning caps, Twistoff or any other type of cap. The system that comes in the standard machine at this station is such that it closes the screw caps.
Fourth station: At this station, the cylindrical bottles filled and capped at previous stations are labeled fully automatically. The standard labeling machine that comes with the machine is designed for labeling round bottles, but you can optionally receive flat bottles, double-sided bottles or flat bottles.
