GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS AND INFORMATION FOR USE
Sandwich and hamburgers coming from the cooling tower or in bulk are placed manually between the product sorting slides with the help of two personnel.
When the products are divided into groups, the numbers are checked with the sensors, and if
there are missing rows, they wait until the order is completed.
The queues are divided into groups by the help of two flaps, and the number of packages
depends on desired grouping (sandwich 4, 5, 6, Hamburger 4, 6, 8).
Here, the products are placed between the product pushers of the packaging machine with
the help of a push rod.
Product pushers take products to the enveloping unit and allow them to be packaged.
Our packaging machine is servo controlled.
Our machine has PLC controlled panel display. All settings, product tracking, failures and
warnings can be monitored from this screen..
The glue discs are opened and closed from the screen. Automatically close even when it is
switched on.
It has an empty package control system. If you do not disable this system, absolutely empty
packaging will not come out of the machine.
The machine is photocell and thus does not allow the packaging waste.
Quick blot control, packaging waste is reduced to almost nothing compared to their
counterparts in the first adjustment.

Food suitable belts and 304 Cr-Ni material was used on the product contact surfaces.
When the machine is turned off, the disc with the heater automatically opens and does not
damage the package, it does not dissolve and the packaging loss is close to zero.

Our machine; is suitable for the operation of the printing device such as production date serial number-expiration date on package. This device is optional.
