PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT FOR USE:
Mix the recommended dose of plant protection product with water in a separate vessel. Fill half the sprayer container with water. Turn the mixer of the machine on and add the mixture into the container. Continue mixing and fill up the container with water. Keep on mixing until the end of application. Use the prepared plant protection product the same day
CALIBRATION:
The machine should be calibrated before using. The dose of mixture should be calibrated for a good covering. Application should be performed in cool periods during day time when the weather is not windy or when there is a calm weather.
CLEANING THE SPRAYING MACHINE:
After the application, empty the tank of the spraying machine. Fill the tank with clean water, run the mixer and let the spraying system clean all the parts. Do not perform cleaning near water sources. Do not pour the spoiled water and waste into water sources.
USAGE
Cucurbitaceae Mildew; Application are started when branching begins or the first signs of mildew appear and continued at 7-10 days intervals depending on the severity of the disease. The product should cover the plant entirely, especially underneath the leaves.
Vineyard mildew; The first application is done when the offshoots reach 25-30 cm while the 2nd and the 3rd applications are done at 12-14 days intervals by taking into account the duration of the 1st application, progress of the disease and meteorological factors.
Onion mildew: Although the applications should start when the daily average temperature is 16oC and relative humidity is at least 80%, applications are recommended to start when the first signs of the disease are seen in the environment.
Lettuce mildew: A protective application should be done before the disease is seen at seedbeds. If there is mildew, the effected parts should be collected and disposed of and applications should continue until the seedlings are transplanted. After transplantation, applications should start when the signs of the disease is seen in the environment and continued at 1 week intervals. Application should be done after irrigation and the leaves get dry. The leaves should covered with the product thoroughly.
Watermelon alternaria leaf blight: Chemical application consists of green part spraying. Applications should start when the first signs of the disease are seen in the environment and continued by taking into account the severity of the disease, climatic conditions and effective period of the product.
RESISTANCE INFORMATION
The plant protection product, EFDAL PIROKSOM is a fungicide classified as Group M:M3 and U:27 fungicide according to its mechanism of action. Repeated application of plant protection products having the same mechanism of action promotes resistance. For this reason, do not exceed the total number of EFDAL PIROKSOM applications recommended for a single season to delay resistance. If the application needs to be repeated, pay attention to use plant protection products having a different mechanism of action (other than Group M: M3 ve U:27).
MISCIBILITY
It is not recommended to mix the product with other fungicides. A trial is recommended if the product will be mixed with other fungicides.
