These are new generation rotary trolley bread ovens which are produced by Kumkaya. Its biggest difference from it’s peers is; it can either be used with one or double trolley. Capacity problem of rotary ovens is eliminated. To improve the product that is cooked in the oven, the amount of steam and isolation provided in the oven are increased.
