Sera, Selvice Evler, Mahalle İstanbul, Dora Park, Adapark, Metrogarden, Exen İstanbul, Tilia, Corridor, İdilia and Vitrin. In addition, it is going to deliver the Mirage, İlkbahar and Marka projects in 2017. Sur Yapı has made almost 30,000 individuals home owners in the projects it has developed.
Sur Yapı also continues mall investments. It has implem ented the Axis Kağıthane, Axis İstanbul and Metrogarden malls in İstanbul. Along with these 3 shopping malls, Marka shopping mall was also launched in Bursa in June of 2017. The sales are continued for the Şehir Konakları and Exen İstanbul at İstanbul, Ümraniye, Bahçeyaka at Ispartakule, Lavender at Sancaktepe, Mirage Rezidans at Güneşli, Gölbahçe Evleri and İlkbahar at Sultanbeyli, Axis İstanbul at Bayrampaşa and Marka Rezidans at Bursa.
In addition, Sur Yapi has started to sell 8 more projects in 6 different regions in 2017. Sur Yapi has a total of 3,6 billion TRY portfolio with the projects at Sancaktepe, Topkapi, Kosuyolu, Kagithane, Maltepe ve Bahcekent. Suryapi won the urban transformation tender of Kepez region from Antalya Metropolitan Municipality on 01.05.2017 and this project is the biggest urban transformation project in Turkey. The project size is approximately TRY 6 billion. At the same time, Sur Yapi is rapidly bringing the urban transformation projects in Beykoz, Gaziosmanpasa, Umraniye and Atasehir to the end.
Sur Yapı has also realized 33 leading industrial facilities in Turkey, primarily Hayat Chemistry, Akpa Aluminum, Nobel Medical Center, Kastamonu Integrated and Bingo Detergent Factory, and also the A plus offices of prominent foreign companies such as 3M, Sony, Total, Novartis and Opet. In addition, Sur Yapı, which started its energy investments in 2007, continues to realize renewable energy investments primarily with 6 hydroelectric and 2 wind energy power plants. In Malatya, 1 hydroelectric power plant of 6 MW has been completed and its production is increasing every year. Also, 3 Hydroelectric power plant having the power of 36 MW projects are continuing as 2 of them in Malatya and 1 in Hatay. The work of 2 wind power plants in Mersin province with a total of 23 MW power is about to be completed and production will start at the end of 2017. After completion of all of these projects, Sur Yapi will reach a capacity of 65
MW and provide electricity to 300.000 houses.
