The company was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister Turgut Özal; now Oral Et serves with skilled staff in integrated plants established on an area of 23,000 m² in Erzurum. One of the major integrated investments in Turkey, Oral Et Integrated Plant is capable of slaughtering 550 bovine and 3000 ovine per day, as well as processing 60,000 tonnes of meat per year; the company boasts state-of-art food technology.
All processes in the plants, including packed meat and meat products (sujuk, salami, sausage, korma [deep fried meat]), as well as their transport, are carried out in hygiene and without interrupting the cold chain.
Daily production capacity is 4000 kg for sujuk, 5263 kg for salami, 5630 kg for sausage, 4000 kg for korma (roasted meat) and 1000 kg for pastrami.
The company accomplished Quality Management System and Food Security operations so as to attain its objectives in line with ISO and HACCP.
Our products are checked by veterinaries and food engineers; at each stage, raw materials and final products undergo hygiene and quality checks at auto-control laboratory within the plants prior to introduction to market.
