Description: The product is a ready mixed plaster which can be applied on surfaces such as gas concrete and pumice block. It is mineral and fiber contributed.
Fields of Usage: It can be applied on brick, gas concrete, pumice concrete and briquet wall both at inside and outside facades. Becuase it is ready mixed plaster, it provides gain of time and workmanship. It enables hader, smoother and more resistant surfaces to strikes.
Application: 25 kg. Aragonit ready mixed plaster for gas concrete is mixed with approximately 6,5-7 liters of water with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture has been obtained without any roundish lumps. This mixture is left to settle approximately for 10 minutes and after it is mixed again, it is ready to be used. Gas concrete plaster should be applied in 3 mm. thickness. Application can be done until 0,5 cm. thickness on single layer. In order to prevent smashes at the corners, corner profiles should be used. When the plaster is hardened enough (it shouldn’t collapse when you pres with your finger) surface is harrowed. Surface is completed with a moist sponge. After the application, tools should be washed with water.
Cautions and Precautions
• Avoid applications in extremely hot and moist weathers.
• On the outside facades, the surface should be curtained to protect the plaster from the external factors, such as sunlight and rain.
• Avoid applications under direct sunlight and rain. On the outside facade, the surface should be curtained to be protected from the sun and rain.
• The surface should be clean, dry and safe. The dust, dirt, and remnants on the surface should be cleaned.
• Water ratio should be considered in all mixtures. Large surfaces should be splitted with protection bands.
• The cement based materials shouldn’t be breathed directly and thei contact with skin should be avoided. During the process, protective clothes should be put on.
• Because it is a cement based product, it should be watered intervally for 7 days.
