Description: It is a spread based insulation mortar used with acrylic based water sealing material for water sealing of structural components as double component in internal and external places. It is an insulation mortar especially produced for surfaces in water, high resistive against water, also via chemical substance in its form, it doesb’t accept water and in terms of water sealing it is very different from equals.
Fields of Usage: It is used on places which should be preserved from humidity such as pool, water reservoirs, public baths, bathrooms, penthouses, balconies, base and sustaining concretes. Insulation mortar which has high adhesion endurance and flexibility provides water sealing from inside and outside.
Application: Aragonit spread based water sealing mortar (A component) 20 liters material, 5 liters Aragonit double component insulation mortar (B component) and 5 liters water mixed with a low speed mixer until no lump remains. Prepared admixture is rested 5-10 minutes. It is spread on the application suface with the aid of rol lor brush. Wait 12 hours after the spread process finishes to dry first layer. Afterwards, second layer is applied in the same way. After 24 hours from application of second layer, it is advised to moisture for 3 days. It should be applied by obtaining 1,5 / 2 mm. thickness. After full hardening one more layer should be applied. After second layer application, surface should be smoothed with the aid of a soft sponge. Depending on ambient temperature and consistency of mortar 2 liters of water can be added.

Cautions and Precautions
• Application surfaces should be cleaned from remnants such as dust, oil etc.
• Application should be avoided under excessive sunlight and wind.
• Application surfaces should be free from remnants such as dust, dirt, oil etc.
• Material should be mixed with the aid of a maximum 120 speed mixer.
• Prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours.
• No additives other than water should be put into the admixture material.
• Because it is cement based, product shouldn’t be contacted with skin.
