PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR THE APPLICATION:
Plant protection product that is calculated upon suggested dosage is mixed with water in a different container. Half of device storage is filled with water. While mixer of the device is in operation, water with product is added to the tank. While going on mixing, the rest of the water is put into the tank. Until disinfection is completed, mixing process continues. Prepared plant protection product must be used within the same day.
CALIBRATION
Calibration of the machine must be made before application. Quantity of the mixture must be adjusted in a way that it will provide a good covering during applications. Applications must be conducted at cool hours of the day and in windless or calm weather conditions.
Cleaning the disinfection equipment:
Immediately after the completion of disinfection, safely empty the tank of the disinfection equipment. Ensure that all the parts are washed by operating the mixer and spraying system after filling the tank with clean water. Do not carry out the cleaning near water resources. Do not pour the cleaning water and waste in water resources.
USAGE TYPE OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT:
Erysiphe necator:
1st Application: When twings reach the length of 25-30 cm before blooming period,
2nd Application: When flower-buds splits before blooming period,
3rd Application: When petals of the flowers fall and when unripe grapes reach the size of small pellets,
4. and other Applications: It must be repeated until veraison occurs on kernels; and it varies in accord with the allowed length of usage time.
Sphaerotheca pannosa: When formation of the leaves and buds appear for the first time, applications must be started. Applications must be realized at cool, windless and rainless times; and full-coverage must be provided on targeted plants. Applications might be repeated with intervals of 14 days by taking length of effect-time of the product and disease progress into consideration.
Erysiphe cichoracearum: The application should be done in such a way that a thin film layer will form on the top and bottom of the leaf. Applications should start as soon as first mildew stains are seen. One application may be sufficient. If the epidermis persists, the 2nd and 3rd application will be renewed with 7-10 days intervals.
Leveilulla taurica: Applications must be started when symptoms first appear on the field or in the greenhouse. Application is repeated with 12-14 days intervals according to the weather conditions and process of the disease. Applications must be performed at cool resident times; and full-coverage must be provided on targeted plants.
Sphaerotheca macularis f. Sp.fragariae:
1. Application: When the first signs of the disease are observed
2.and other applications: The applications must be repeated until the end of infection conditions ended, with 10 days intervals by taking into consideration the duration of the products used.
INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE:
Power protection plant named EFDAL PEKOZOL 100 EC is an fungicide that is classified as Group G1:3 according to its effect mechanism. Repetitive applications of pesticides having the same effect mechanism promote development of resistance. For this reason, do not exceed suggested limit of total application of EFDAL PEKOZOL 100 EC within the same manufacture season to delay the development of resistance. In cases that the application must be repeated, please use plant protection products that have different effect mechanism (apart from Group G1:3).
MIXING CONDITION:
The efficacy of EFDAL PEKOZOL 100 EC is not affected by the plant protection products applied before or after itself or mixed with the tank. When required, the product to be used as a mixture and physical presence of mixing can be easily controlled by adding a small amount of EFDAL PEKOZOL 100 EC to this product
