Ceramic based ceramic fractures and high strength acrylic resin made material, depending on chemical structure and resin quality; high adherence, water resistance, resistance to all external influences, longevity. Walluks Decorative Ceramic Adhesive is recommended to use our company's izowall lining and binder as well as being a product which shows resistance to hot and cold at +60 and -60 degrees when applied. When applied with a sandy glaze liner of the lining applied to the floor, the adherence is increased and the longevity is ensured.
Note: It is not covered by guarantee because it damages the product in lime, varnish, applied salt walls and where the noodle is very dense.
Usage Areas: It can be applied to all kinds of surfaces (concrete, briquette, aerated concrete, plaster, brick and similar mineral surfaces).

Product Preparation: Add water to a large plastic cuvette (15 liters). Then, the dry thickener powder is poured into the bag package and mixed for 5 minutes until it becomes thick. The ceramic particles are then poured into this water and thoroughly wetted. The binder glue mixture given in the plastic packages is added. The material is mixed so that it does not clump and mortar consistency is obtained.
Application: If there is plaster applied on the walls before applying ceramic plaster, izowall primer should be used. If not applied, the product may cause vomiting. Subsequently, sandy acrylic plaster should be applied to the surface according to the color. Application should not be done without priming. The floor to be applied must be made with thin black plaster in advance. The prepared material is applied to the surface with a minimum of 1 mm and a maximum of 2 mm with a steel trowel. The air temperature during application should not be below 5 ° C, otherwise the water inside will be frozen. Application should not be done in a rainy season.
Packing Shape: Set shape. 10 kg ceramic plaster particles, 400 gr binder, 4 kg adhesive and 5 kg liner. It is kept in a 20 kg bucket. One set of 20 kg makes an average of 15 - 18 square meters.
NOTE: Due to the antifreeze acrylic added to the binder in cold winter conditions, our product can be applied up to -8 degrees. Otherwise, warranty is not covered. When the above application is applied according to the figure, our product is covered by minimum 5 years maximum 10 years warranty.
