As its name suggests the Conical Rounder has the ability to produce consistently shaped dough pieces and is capable of producing up to 960 pieces per hour. The Conical Rounder accepts divided dough pieces and moulds them into perfectly rounded pieces as they pass up the spiral canal. Both the cone and canal are Teflon coated, and the integrated flour duster prevents the dough from sticking. Cold air is gently blown onto the dough as it moves up the canal to further enhance the moulding process. Each built to order Conical Rounder is manufactured in stainless steel, guaranteeing them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean. The Conical rounder is also equipped with a newly designed mechanical flour duster which does not produce any sound while working. The standard rounding channels are 4.5 m long and we produce 3 types which have the following weight operation range; 50-200 gr, 100-600 gr, 100-1200 gr. The Conical Rounder is produced in order to give rounded shape to dough pieces which come from divider through transferring belt.Dough pieces from divider fall into rounder channels and are shaped via rolling around the rounding cone.Rounded dough pieces leave the machinery and reach to dough baskets of resting machine. Spacing between the channels can be tuned according to the size of the dough. Hot air can be blown based on the stickiness of the dough. Flouring system is used to prevent the dough pieces from sticking to resting basket. Machine consist of upper and lower body. Lower body includes steel case, reducer, fan, and control panel while upper body includes rounder cone, rounder channels, hot air blower, adjustment sticks, and flouring equipment.

Operating information can be stored in memory and used continuously. Daily cleaning is easy. It is easy to disassemble to install and to replace bands and running parts. The speeds of all bands can be adjusted to the desired level. Electrical and electronic faults that may occur in the machine are displayed on the PLC screen with mimic view and alarm displays. In case of malfunction, remote access is possible to analyze the problem or to debug the problem in PLC program (Optional). CUTTING& ROUNDING SECTION The outer casing is made of 304 crom, the surfaces that the dough is in contact with are 304 crom, crom coating and materials suitable for health.
