The Conical Rounder is produced in order to give rounded shape to dough pieces which come from divider through transferring belt.Dough pieces from divider fall into rounder channels and are shaped via rolling around the rounding cone.Rounded dough pieces leave the machinery and reach to dough baskets of resting machine. Spacing between the channels can be tuned according to the size of the dough. Hot air can be blown based on the stickiness of the dough. Flouring system is used to prevent the dough pieces from sticking to resting basket. Machine consist of upper and lower body. Lower body includes steel case, reducer, fan, and control panel while upper body includes rounder cone, rounder channels, hot air blower, adjustment sticks, and flouring equipment.
