The ARMADA series are stone-based multi-level furnaces; It performs the cooking process with the closed system working pipe which surrounds all sides of the cooking cells. The flame path, which is placed on the bottom of the furnace and formed of fire resistant bricks, provides perfect heating since it is in full contact with the pipes. Steam tubes placed just above the flame path efficiently steam up because it warms up every moment. The parts surrounding the cooking cell are reinforced with concrete to ensure maximum longevity and thermal insulation. Because it can be manufactured in different sizes as width and depth, there are 8 m2 and 18 m2 varieties.
