High quality croissant has always been the workhorse of HB GRUP. Thanks to more than 20 years of experience, we produce from the smallest unit in the world to the bigger one, with capacities ranging from 1,500 pcs/h to 70,000 pcs/h, with the possibility to have flexible systems which can change in a few minutes. Our systems, always careful to the quality and implementation of high-tech technologies (HLT), are able to combine specific applications and flexibility with production needs and customer care. Our Croissant lines allow to produce artisan croissants with a quality similar to that given by the hands of the pastry maker at the same time, however, with an indutrial production. The high capcacity of the groups allows us to reach very high production capacities, from 10 to 150 gr, maintaining a high quality thanks to a soft calibrated rolling product per product, respecting the conditions of the doughdespite the high output of the group. This rolling can be varied depending on the required capacity and type of product.
