This requirement in the architectural projects can be resolved easily with the use of Solar Shading Systems. Adequte selection and aplication of these systems is providing improved work and home envirement. We have developed various sun control devices on the base of years of experience working together with architect and engineers, in order to provide the optimal performance. Our sun control systems can meet the demand for thermal comfort without losing the building design aesthetics. Different design, sizes and forms according your project design can be fulfilled. Depending on design requirements aluminum blades are arranged in horizontal and vertical configuration. All systems can be produces as fixed and adjustable. Adjustable types can be offered as motor operated or hand operated and also additional option we are offering is automated light intensity sensor driven motor. Structural performance as well as thermal movements resulting from change of surface temperatures should be taken in consideration during the application of the selected system to the specific project design. We are offering you our assistance in selection of the appropriate elements for your project. Depending on the system, extruded and sheet profiles, used is aluminum alloy (AlMgSi 0.5) with minimum 1.8 mm wall thickness, specifically chosen for a combination of architectural and structural properties. Used fasteners are of same aluminum alloy or stainless steel 304. For glass sun breaker system used glass is 6+1,52 PVB+6 mm, offered in various color options or clear glass with patterned foil. All sun breakers, both extruded or sheet metal, have standard polyester powder coating with ISO 9001 Certification and “Qualicoat” labeling. The thickness of the coating is between 60 and 80 microns, ensured by strict adherence to pre treatment regimes in respect of cleaning and priming. Product offers a standard range of colors (RAL) provided the chosen RAL is stable and appropriate for external use. Also anodized finish is offered with standard shades per request.
