Ekmak TAMKES is an automatic dough weighing and dividing machine operating on the vacuum piston principle of dividing different dough types of various humidity. Machine is available in five different weight and capacity options. Thanks to vacuum system it divided the dough without squeezing or harming its texture. All surfaces that are in contact with dough is Stainless Steel. Widely used in bakeries for production of various bread types, pastry, loaves, bagels, roll breads, toast breads, baguettes, pita bread or many other traditional breads.
