BandA is a blend of pure enzyme and c vitamins used to improve volume, pore, shell structure and overall appearance in all fermented bakery products 5-10 gr.
BandA is recommended to be used in 5 grams of medium quality flour. In case of low quality flour, BandA is better with 10 gr.
