IZOMAK Batch Type Pre-Expander Machine contains PLC Program and touch panel, automatic filling system, electronic weighing system, temperature control and material level control in order to follow the automated production.
With the electronic weighing system and the level control system the density of the material is adjusted and the bead particles are kept homogeneous.
The temperature and pressure in the tank are controlled by a high-precision pressure control system to ensure that the desired heat and pressure are applied to the particles.
Automatic material filling system and weighing system increase efficiency.
Closed type constant pressure tank has high heat efficiency. It provides 50% energy saving compared to the Continuous Pre-Expander Machines.
The machine is connected to the fluid dryer bed. This bed automatically dries the inflated particles and filters them to the silos.
