Description: The product is a cement-based, long lived satin plaster which provides perfect appearance for outside and inside facades. It is resistant to factors, such as rain and sun, decreases the cost of paint, and extends the life of the paint.
Fields of Usage: It is used on inside and outside faces, with surfaces, such as thin plaster, exposed concrete etc.
Application: 25 kg. Aragonit cement based satin plaster is mixed with approximately 5-6 liters of water with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture has been obtained without any roundish lumps. This mixture is left to settle approximately for 10 minutes and after it is mixed again, it is ready to be used. The surfaces on which the mortar will be applied is cleaned from factors such as dust, dirt, remnants etc. The mortar is applied on the surface with trowel. 24 hours after the application thin paste, the surface is given last shape with a thin-jagged corundum, and the paint application is made. It conforms to any sort of paint perfectly. The netting application should be made in the joints of the walls.
Cautions and Precautions
• Application surfaces should be free from elements, such as dust, dirt, sweeps, oil etc.
• The mixer’s working rate should be maximum 120 speed.
• Avoid applications under direct sunlight and rain. On the outside surface, the facade should be curtained to be protected from the sun and rain.
• The prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours
• No additives other than water should be put into the material.
• Avoid applications under direct sunlight rain.


Rates of Mixtures: For a package of 25 kg. it is mixed with 5-6 liters of water
