Description: The product is cementation mortar, which is used to plaster covering, pres, decorative bricks of all dimensions to the surface and having high stability.
Fields of Usage: It is used to plaster covering bricks to the surfaces, such as wall, concrete flor, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, concrete panel, plaster etc.
Application: 25 kg. Aragonit paving brick adhesive is mixed with approximately 5-6,25 liters of water with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture has been obtained without any roundish lumps. This mixture is left to settle approximately for 10 minutes and after it is mixed again, it is ready to be used. The surfaces on which the mortar will be applied is cleande free of factors such as dust, dirt, remnants, oil etc. The mortar is applied via rubber trowel and harrowed. After the covering material has been plastered, it is hammered with a rubber hammer to leave no space under the material. The part that overflowed to the joint gaps is smoothened. Since Aragonit covering brick adhesive also fulfills the the joint filler application, there will be no need for joint filler, afterwards.
Cautions and Precautions
• Application temperature should be between +5 and +35 C degrees.
• Application surfaces should be free from elements, such as dust, dirt, sweeps, oil etc.
• The mixer’s working rate should be maximum 120 speed.
• The prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours
• No additives other than water should be put into the material
• The surface should be protected from wind, water and sunlight during application
• The cement based materials shouldn’t be breathed directly and their contact with skin should be avoided. During the process, protective clothes should be put on
• Avoid applications under hot weather.
Rates of Mixtures: For a package of 25 kg. it is mixed with 5-6,25 liters of water
