Crane-handled framed panel formwork

PANEMAX system is an ideal column formwork system for the sites which use crane in operations. PANEMAX
system solves every type of projects very succesfully. Either the dimensions of walls and columns are changing
continuously or they are always the same throughout the project, it isn’t important for PANEMAX system.
PANEMAX system is easy and adjustable for both situations. The high resistance of the surrounding profile allows
the panels to withstand the high concrete pressure. All of those features make PANEMAX system to be economic.

System features :
• System is designed to withstand fresh concrete pressure of 80 kN/m²
• All components are ready to use upon arrival at the site.
• Special profiles which form the frame, increase the strength of the panel and ensure a long service life.
• By means of special shaped profiles and one-blow clamps, panel connections are very easy and quick.
• Panel connections are not dependent on the holes on the frame.
• 3 rows of tie-rod are enough for a height of 3 m.
• The frame surrounds the plywood and protects plywood’s edges from injuries.
• A few clamps are enough for a rigid connection. This ensures to shorten the assembly and disassembly period.
• The frame prevents the water to get into the plywood through its sides.
• The surface of the panel is covered by 21 mm plywood.
