Flanged Scaffolding System

This system is a versatile scaffolding solution that is commonly used as a “working scaffold,” but can also be applied as a “stair tower” or “formwork scaffold” system. On the vertical tubes, flanges are placed at 50 cm or 100 cm intervals (depending on preference), while the horizontal and diagonal tubes are equipped with “wedge-head” connections. All tubes used in the system have undergone mechanical testing.

System Features:

-Designed for ease of use, this system can be assembled and dismantled very quickly, even by a single person.
-The wedge-heads are connected to the flanges with the help of a hammer and secured with a locking pin.
Thanks to the 8 different connection points on the welded flange of the vertical elements, the system can be adapted to all types of architectural structures.
-Fixed components are protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanization.
-The entire system complies with TS-EN-12810-12811 standards.
-Requires minimal storage space thanks to its compact design.
-Provides a highly safe working environment.
-The flanges are fully welded around the circumference of the vertical elements.
