Product Code: 1024
Not just a screed; Thermo-screed
ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION for heat, sound and fire insulation
Naturally, the heat flows from high temperature to low temperature and the maximum heat flow is obtained along the least-resistant line. A temperature gradient is formed from the high temperature zone to low temperature zone. Heat insulation reduces the
heat flow inside the temperature gradient and protects it. "Heat insulation" is the operations performed to reduce the heat loss occurring during the winter months and the heat gain occurring during the summer months. We heat our houses using fuels such as coal, natural gas in order to stay warm during winter, and in the summer, we cool oru houses with air conditioning systems. The heat insulation reduces the energy we spend to get warm in the winter and to cool in the summer, and applied for ensuring a more comfortable living space.
Sound insulation is the insulation type applied to minimize the negative effects of sound. Taking the spread of the sound in theambient under control is the most important purpose of sound insulation. The sound acts like other behaves like any other physical events as it meets with an obstacle when spreading out in the ambient. In other words, a portion of the sound is reflected back and a portion of it is absorbed by the obstacle. And another portion goes beyond the obstacle. Therefore, each material has a sound absorption capacity. During sound insulation, the materials with the highest sound absorption properties are used.
There are two important factors in the structures, namely the transmission of sound and image formation. One of them is the airborne sounds which refers to the passage of the sound beyond spaces. The sounds of music or speech are the examples for these sounds. Howeveer, the other sounds are impact-induced. The sounds resulting from jumping, crashing or dragging an item can be given as an example for impact-induced sounds. A part of these sounds remains inside the floor, a part of them causes noise in the palce where the source of noise occurred and another part passes beyond the floor and causes noise there. PERSAN HEAT INSULATION AND SOUND INSULATION SCREED reinforced with lightweight aggregates and special chemicals and can be applied in a single layer. It is used to ensure heat and sound insulation in the mezzanine floors and terraces of buildings.
