Cup Scaffolding Slab Formwork

The CLK cup scaffolding slab formwork system provides very practical and efficient solutions for all types of slabs, including beam, hollow block (asmolen), or flat slab systems. In particular, differences in floor or ground levels can be easily resolved with this system.

Since the system consists of only a few components, assembly is simple. Four horizontal members are fixed to the vertical member at a single point with just one hammer blow. The locking mechanisms, placed on the vertical members at 50 cm or 100 cm intervals, serve as the connection points for the horizontal members. The locking mechanism consists of a lower cup welded to the vertical member and an upper cup that moves along the vertical member. With a hammer blow, the upper cup slides downward, rotates, and firmly secures the heads of the horizontal members between the upper and lower cups.
