It is an olive oil with an acid ratio of less than 0.8 and can be used mostly for breakfast, salads and vegetable dishes. No additives were included in the production process. It is produced under today's modern and hygienic conditions. It is produced by crushing olives into a paste and processing it with cold pressing method without exceeding 27 degrees Celsius. It has a very high nutritional value.
