Full size mounting plate is generally using MCC panels. The dimensions of mounting plate is 100mm less than outer width 117mm less than outer height of panels. Traditional assembling process is very difficult when mounting plate is fully mounted electrical components. New assembling process is gained assembling easiness and moving range on x-axis with linear rail and carriages. Linear rail is giving assembling flexibility on depth of panels. Mounting plate with carriages are sliding on linear rail and getting a vertical position where claws are into the houses that located on linear rail. When mounting plate is vertical, assembling of mounting plate is completed with four connection parts. Four depth rails are required when mounting plate is located outside of last position of linear rail. After assembling of depth rail, mounting plate can assembles with same ways.
