Vulcanized Movement Control Joints are manufactured in aluminum, stainless steel and brass with vulcanized EPDM insert. Metal bands on both sides are joined homogenously with elastic EPDM insert by hot pressure vulcanization process. This process is considered to be the firmest joint manufacturable and prevents dust and dirt leaching in to the profile and gains the profile water & UV resistance.
