TDL Series fans are produced in 5 models at a flow rate of 5000 m³ / h and 14000 m³ / h.
Areas of Application
• Plastic parts
• Coarse and fine wood chips
• Grinding, polishing, polishing burrs and dust transfer
• Except for fibrous and filiform parts, it is used for transportation of dense dusty granular materials, for the absorption of air containing mixed material, for different pneumatic transportations.
• It can be used in applications where the fluid temperature is up to 90 °C. For temperatures higher than 90 °C, the fan is protected with special modifications in the manufacturing process and with engine cooling fan.
• For higher temperatures, hygienic environments and over-corrosive air equipment, stainless steel can be preferred by special modifications in rotor design.
Technical Data
TDL Series fans are made of ST42 black sheet with a thickness of 3-5 mm and are processed in CNC laser sheet machining and CNC bending machines. Then they become ready for assemblying.
Assemblied products are painted with electrostatic powder paint.
