Multi decks oven with automatic loading unit has produced according to customer demands for high amount of production capacity by considering the latest technology. The ovens which could be produced up to six decks able to supply all needs of our customers regardless of product variety through automatic loading-unloading robot system, multifunctional baking, settings combination. The ovens are produced only with steam tube system. Dough pieces are collected onto loading belt through wooden panels. The heating chamber and gas channels are made by fire proof special bricks.

Panemor’s Multi Deck Steam Tube Ovens are produced according to our customer’s demands to achieve a high amount of production capacity, expandable baking system and untouched production requirement by considering the latest technology. The Multi-deck oven with fixed decks and steam tubes equipped with an important thermal mass that makes it unique due to its gradual cooking system. It can be fuelled with gas or diesel. The fume ducts made in refractory bricks are fully covered by cement and the tube bundle is equipped with double cross beams for each deck, ensuring high thermal mass of the oven. Also, the sides and top of the ovens are covered with concrete and finished with insulation. Heat losses are significantly reduced thanks to the motorized shutter installed on the fume chimney. At the end of the main baking’s it’s possible to bake further products with the burner fully switched off for a long period of time, resulting in zero energy costs. These products can be the ones not needing high temperatures like pastries or biscuits. The safety thermostat installed on the oven guarantees that the oven complies with all CE safety standards and regulations.

The main characteristic of this oven is a heating system. Temperature is spread among gaps of decks as circulating heated liquid inside tubes. So it provides equal heating all points of baking surface. There are steam producers which produce required steam for each deck. Touch screen, computer or manual cotrolled panel is available. The heating chamber and gas channels are made by fire proof special bricks. Produced heat could be preserved inside the oven for a long time through heat fibre rock woollen insulation.

Front and sensitive parts made of stainless steel. The tubes (35 mm diameter and 5,5 mm thickness) are individually tested at a pressure of 600 ATM (about 3 times the normal running pressure). Components of small dimensions permitting access into any kind of room. Refractory steel firebox with adjustable sectors, high thermal efficiency floors. Consumptions up to 40% lower than a steam tube deck oven with masonry furnace (with same configuration and baking surface). Hood equipped with steam exhauster. Two lamps for each deck. All maintenance operations can be carried out from the front or from the upper part of the oven. Very good heat insulation by rock wool panels. Auto balanced glass hatches, easy to disassemble, equipped with stainless steel handles for a manual opening and closing. Burner support equipped with an anti-explosion device. Independent steam system for each deck with a regular and uniform steam distribution. Gas or fuel-oil feeding.
