The intermediate proofer is an accurate and reliable machine, its function is to give the necessary resting time to the recently divided dough portions, in order to let them lose the tensions acquired in that process and ease its lengthening in the next step of the productive process. The intermediate prover can be operated in manual or automatic mode, due to a sensor placed at the dough entrance the prover ensures that each piece of dough delivered from the divider and rounder falls into an empty basket, the same sensor also acts as a counter so you can see the amount of dough pieces which have entered the prover. Dough pieces are shifted towards the next pocket with positive transfer method during each cycle. Machine can be producedas right entrance / left exit or vice versa. Easy removable and easy to clean hygienic food friendly plastic baskets have been used in the prover. The prover comes in the following pocket quantities: 88-152-176-240-328-640 pockets.
