DESCRIPTION
RP-Plaster is composed of polymeric resin and inorganic refractor, has high heat and chemical resistance, does not contain heavy metals; industrial heat and water insulation plaster. It is a single component thermal insulation plaster that can be applied easily with its reinforced structure against thermal shocks.

APPLICATION
• In large surface applications, the desired thickness is achieved with the leveling apparatus or the slab lath.
• Application temperature is +5 °C +40 °C.
• RP-Primer should be applied as a primer and left to dry for 12 hours.
• The opened package should be mixed with a low speed mixer.
• It should be applied in two coats without adding water or solvent to the product.
• Existing painted surfaces; During the application, RP-Plaster plaster can also be applied with a steel trowel and spray pump 12 hours after the RP-Primer application.
• If the plastering is interrupted for a long time, it should be mixed again before starting the plastering process. It is an extremely sensitive and important issue in terms of the efficiency of the product.
• At least 48 hours after the application, the final coating should be done.
• It is recommended to apply in 2 coats. It is recommended to obtain 0.5 mm thickness for each coat.
