Polyurethane flooring system application


The application technique combines a double component rubber adhesive, which is applied on the floor already clean from all kinds of kernels, dust and moisture.

After that, the adhesive is applied, with an 8 mm thickness of SBR rolled material spread on the floor. The black colored granular layer is filled with pore filling material called sealer.

A polyurethane layer is formed on the sealer layer with a thickness of 2 mm, in other words 2.50 kg per square meter of polyurethane.
Following the drying of the polyurethane layer, a polyurethane-based, non-wrinkle, matte finish coat is applied.
After drying the last layer of paint, desired game linings are drawn and field use is made ready.

This system, which is used in closed sports halls, has absolutely no seams and has also a completely massive finish on the ground.
İt's preferred by most of our clients because it's very easy to clean and hıghly hygienic. It is also suitable for all types of ball sports playing, not exercising muscles and longevity, and is has another advantageous and useful sides.
