Depending on the wall thickness and dimensions of the containers we can able to load up to 12 pcs to 1 truck . Our containers can be easily mounted by 2 workers. During the installation only half an hour we need a lifting equipment. Lifting equipment will be used only for roof chassis installation.

Containerized buildings can be constructed as multiple floor from modular units. Depending on the customer wish we can able to create also luxury type accommodation units.

On the other hand, MODSTEEL supply structural profiles like IPE, HEA, UPN, HEB profiles and construction materials such as gypsumboard, fibercement and ceramic tiles to its customers.

Our standard containers specifications are as given below;

Walls : 50mm Electrostatic powder painted EPS Sandwich panel
Earthquake conditions : 1st degree zone
Doors : Metal Door Frame, 1 pc single leaf door
Windows : 890 x 1135 mm PVC windows. Windows are single wing and opens 90 degree. 2 pcs on the front entrance sides.
Window Glass : 4+12+4 Double glass
Snow load : 70 kg/m2
Wind Speed Load : 70 km/h
Floor : Chassis manufactured from a special shaped 1,80 mm (DX51D+Z) Galvanized steel sheet at the Roll form machinery line as a single piece without welding. Internal connections manufactured from special shaped galvanized steel sheet 1,50 mm (45*90 in the Roll form machinery line).
Floor Covering : 16mm thickness fireproof fibercement or cementboard. On top of it as floor covering 1,80 mm PVC vinyl will be assembled. Water drainage will be installed for wet areas.
Electrical Connections : TSE and CE Certified.
