Cooking Unit
Water, sugar, glucose and other raw materials are weighed by weighing tank and cooked with cooking steam. The complex is made of stainless CR-NI steel. All tanks are suitable for oil and steam. Formulas are prescribed with the touch screen. Steam valves are automatically controlled by PLC.

Filling Unit
It is the part where the prepared products are automatically discharged by injecting silicon molds in desired weight. Depositor is coated and kept at the desired temperature. Depositor has been designed to print precision double color and filled products thanks to our servo motors.

Confectionery and Cooling Unit
The part where the products are lubricated or covered with sugar. After the coating process, the products are cooled by conveying by means of a conveying conveyor in order to prepare them for packing.
