Its nutritional content is preserved at 97%, making it a delicious snack that you can consume with your children. Shelf life is extended by reducing the moisture content to 1-2%. Kiwi harvested in season is first frozen and then dried using Freeze Dry technology, without using any additives or preservatives. Thus, light and crispy kiwi slices are produced, with color, taste, smell and nutritional content similar to fresh ones.
