• The product chopping (scraping) wire of the machine is driven by pneumatic system.

• On the stainless steel control panel, there is a counter which enables counting the product one by one, as well as an emergency stop button, speed adjustment key, turn on/off button.
• There is a main switch on the chassis where the compressor system is positioned.
• Product supply upper chamber cover is made of Grade 304 chromium nickel stainless sheet.
• Inside the product supply upper chamber, there is 1 stainless carrier (mixer) pallet.
• For security on upper chamber, there is a sensor which would stop the machine when the chamber cover is open, and restart the machine when the cover is closed.
