Description: It is elastomeric water sealing supply which is used as single component to protect concrete and plaster surfaces from humidity and water sealing of construction elements.

Fields of Usage: It is used internal and external places, protection and insulation of partition and sustaining wall, insulation of pool and water container, places which are needed to be protected from humid, protection of wet floors such as bathroom, toilet, insulation of balcony, attic, water sealing of construction elements on concrete surfaces. For wood and metal surfaces water sealing is done after proper plaster is used.

Application: Application surfaces should be free from elements such as dust, dirt, oil etc. which prevent adhesion. Construction elements which have absorption such as aerated concrete, exposed concrete etc. should be moistened before application. On application area if the repair and maintenance is needed, reparation should be done before 24 hours with Aragonit repair mortar. Before 24 hours with Aragonit repair mortar. Before using Aragonit Elastomeric Water Sealing product firstly it is mixed with low speed mixer. First layer of application is applied with the aid of proper brush or roll by substilizing with %50 water. This is application lining layer. After the plaster application dries, first layer is applied on horizontal way, second layer is applied on duplex way. After the first layer dries, second layer is applied with brush on cross way. After application smoothing can be done with soft humid sponge. Wait 5-6 hours between the first and second layers depending on the ambient temperature. With splay ar cornet net horizontal and vertical joins can be supported depending on application environment condition. Trifolium can be done on joins with sponge, especially on penthouse reinforcement net is laid after first layer is applied. Second layer is applied until the net surface is closed down.Storage of pool and water reservoirs advised to be done 7days later. After 48 hours ceramic tile can be laid on, depending on the temperature.

Cautions and Precautions
• Consumption amounts can change depending on absorbency and grading of surface. On nonabsorbent, bright and smooth surfaces sandblating and grinding are done if it is needed.
• Application should be avoidedon excessive hot and high humidity conditions.
• Absolutely foreign substances shouldn’t be added.
• Lining should be done on old plastered and dusty surfaces before application.
• Hand and eye contact should be avoided. In the condition of contacting with eye, it should be washed plenty of water and should be consulted doctor if it is needed.
• Package of of product should be closed tightly if it is not used.
• After the application all the equipments should be washed with water before drying.
• Protective clothes should be put on during the application. It shouldn’t be applied on metal surfaces.


Consumption Amount: 1 mm. 1,5-2 kg./m2 on one layer
