Together with all our production team, we are continuously updating, upgrading, and introducing new designs and concepts for the all type of market. On this score, we have become highly respected for our ideas, several of which have now been taken up by major customers. For all of our products that we are offering you, we might present you the quality assurance certificate: ISO-9000/9001(2008), Oekotex Standards and BSCI Certifed.
ZOREL has a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from big hotel suppliers and chain store groups, to mail order, independent retailers and distributors in worldwide.In all cases the products are developed or offered specially for the customer, and it is our policy not to offer identical product to customers or competitors, which would bring the product into direct competition.
We have successful sales in the design related products, which is expanding year by year. At the present High Street stores and Supermarket customers make up by 85% of our trade, and a further 15% being taken up by independent retailers and wholesaler customers.
We develop a very close working relationship with all our customers and seriously organized production units. We have a special QC team to monitor every stage of production. We also have a design department and we may offer you a full design service, artworks and samples.

Today, we are at High Street Stores and Supermarkets by 85% of our total trade, and also for retail traders and wholesalers we give 15% of our selling. We improve the relationship with our customers to meet the desires of them from fabric to end product as designing sampling or any other step of production.

TURKISH TOWELS
As general, a towel is descripted as a fabric having terry structure to enable a product to be used especially at bathrooms and also at kitchens, outside activities as swimming. Also it is expected to be a kind of fabric that is the softest and good at water absorption.
There are many parameters as technical and practical, affecting the quality of that towel as fabric density, yarn type, floss length and its design as coloring, laceworks, embroidery and more and more. Their all designing steps are set according to customer desires and end use. For example a beach towel is different than simple office bathroom towel as technical and designing properties.
