Edible Oil Products Facilities (Industrial Park – Manisa, Turkey)
Edible oil business of Yonca was founded by Hasan Turek (our honorary president, 1926-2005) at Manisa Industrial Park in 1981. At the beginning, Yonca had a daily crushing capacity of 50 metric tons of oil seeds and by the time Yonca became one of the largest manufacturing companies in Turkey, having a daily crushing capacity of 700 metric tons of oil seeds and daily refining capacity of 400 metric tons of edible oil as a result of the enhancements done for increasing its daily capacity, in 2009.
Yonca Edible Oil Products Facilities have ability to refine all edible oil products with its physical refining technology.
R&D lab of Yonca is continuously working for its motto: Health comes first. Yonca established its own standards and not giving any concession from its Yonca quality since it was founded in 1981.

Since 1994, Yonca continues its productions for Tomato Products, Sauces and Canned Fruit-Vegetable Products in 2 facilites. Canned Foods and Sauces Facilities are based on 75.444 m² area which has 20.500 m² covered area.
Yonca has 42.000 metric tons/year processing capacity for canned vegetables and pickle products, 6.000 metric tons/year processing capacity for canned fruits, 648 metric tons/year processing capacity for grilled products, 9.000 metric tons/year processing capacity for tomato paste, 5.250 metric tons/year capacity for ketchup-mayonnaise products and 5.500 metric tons/year processing capacity for tomato dressing products.
Pickle Products Facilities (Saruhanli Town – Manisa, Turkey)
Largest pickle capacity in Turkey!
Yonca reached to the greatest pickle production capacity by incorporating Pickle Products Facility to its organization of Yonca Food Industry Inc. in 2010. Our Pickle Products Facility is located on 68.000 m2 open and 32.000 m2 covered area. Yonca has 15–20 bin thousand metric tons of pepper, 10–15 thousand metric tons of cucumber and 5–6 thousand metric tons of fermented product capacities.
