TEKO was founded by Kadir Mamati in Istanbul by 1974. Our company had started its production activities with the industrial aluminum foil and expanded its product range especially with providing packing material for dairy and water sectors, specialized in the production of flexible packaging founded to that years. In 1996, we moved our machinery line which developed with various investments to our CORLU (10.000 sqm CS) plant where we have still been operating, our growth rate is being accelerated in that time.
There are three Rotogravure Printing Machines, one UV Flexo Printing Machine, totally four pieces of lacquering and laminating machines, which two of them can make double sided lacquering and one with tandem-style. One Co-Extrusion machine, four slitting and many 16 dia cutting machine.
By the effect of this machinery line, we offer a very large range of products. Reference to our production capacity in 2015, we have reached annually 4.6500.000.000 pieces being as pre-cut lids, 210.000.000 meter printed packaging materials. In addition, we can produce 62.000.000 meter PE/PP coated foils/films or lids by our Co-Extrusion line which installed in year 1998.
At the end of 2014, we installed our new UV Flexo Printing Machine and now we can produce solvent-free, low migration product to market. With combination of UV Flexo and Co-Extrusion technology, we are serving completely Solvent-Free solutions to our customers.
By the effect of Solvent Recovery Plant investment that we completed by 2015, we minimize our VOC, carbon footprint. Now sensitivity of Teko to nature crowned.
