Our company was established in 2013 in order to manufacture the light aggregate in turkey under the name of LECAT (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate Turkey) upon the studies carried out for many years.
LECAT is used for heat and sound insulation, drainage, decreasing the earth pressure, as well as being used as filling material.
With LECAT, which is a lightweight construction element, the higher structures with the same weight, yet being more resistant to earthquake can be built.
LECAT is an ideal material used for greenhouse cultivation, vegetable growing, seedling cultivation, floriculture, landscaping and soilless agriculture.
Since the majority of LECAT grains comprise of air gaps, it ensures high aeration and water permeability within the soil. It decreases water loss due to vaporization from the soil. It carries & holds no disease. It also provides a suitable environment for the plants to grow thanks to its neutral structure (pH=6,5-7,5).
