Who we are

Human health is holy as human life, it is valuable and respected. SOFRAM GIDA SAN TIC. LTD. ŞTİ has established by Mümin SALİHOĞLU in Istanbul to serve our society. The main purposes are; producing, designing, and introducing supplementary foods to the human health ring, and developing products to contribute the researches.

Our company has started it`s activity since 1972, has been started officially in 1991 to produce fruit juices, fruit juice concentrates and catering services.

Later on has widen its varieties and pay attention more to the research and development with the improvement of +18 chocolate products, coffee, liquid drinks and organic special herbal soap varieties. All the varieties of production are producing with special importance and attention at Catalca with 15000 m2 established production area including 2000 m2 closed area to provide a production with hygiene and safety and professional team work to deliver the best products to our consumers. We have a rate of 5% marketing share in Turkey, including collaborating with whole dealerships in Turkey. We have market share with Africa, Middle East, Russia, Turkish Republic Countries and East European countries.

SOFRAM GIDA SAN TIC. LTD. ŞTİ has giving pay attention to produce qualified products, giving information to consumers, producing safe products to provide consumers satisfaction.

We are regulating legislation and laws, ethical issues and regulations and quality management. By this aim our company has been verified by Ministry of Agriculture and recieved the necessary documents and certificates.
