OTAT was founded in 1998 in Samsun's Havza district, which is famous for its thermal springs. Having a milk processing capacity of 2 tons per day at the time of its establishment, OTAT has reached a milk processing capacity of 300 tons in its advanced technology facilities thanks to the investments and improvements made.

OTAT produces yoghurt, ayran, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, fresh cheese, butter and ice cream groups in its production facilities with a gross indoor area of ​​15,000 m². OTAT produces curd cheese, pasteurized cream and curd in the industrial product group.
It delivers its products to more than 15,000 sales points with its regional offices, dealer network and national chain stores, and offers it to the market with Otat and Vadim brands.

OTAT; It has FSSC 22000, TSE, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Halal Certificate, FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and HACCP documents. With its 250 employees, it creates employment for the people of the region and contributes to the country's economy and animal husbandry.

Milk obtained from contracted farms, dairy unions and cooperatives in the surrounding provinces and districts is delivered to our facility without breaking the cold chain, analyzed in our high-tech laboratories, and milk that complies with OTAT standards is included in our production processes.
OTAT carries out its production activities by using environmentally friendly, resources efficiently and effectively in all stages from the delivery of high quality milk, carefully selected in accordance with the Turkish food codex, to the consumer, and determines the risks arising from its activities and takes them under control.

Every stage in the production of products is controlled by expert food engineers and food technicians.
Thanks to the importance it gives to R&D and the investments it makes, OTAT, which enjoys offering new products to the consumer without compromising the principle of being consumer-oriented, produces its products in hygienic conditions in accordance with national and international standards, with the taste peculiar to OTAT, and delivers them to its consumers at high quality standards.
