Our company, originally established in 1988 in Istanbul as a workshop under the name DEKOR TEKNİK, developed its facilities and machinery to keep pace with developments in the iron and steel sector and technology. Alongside these advancements, our company institutionalized and adopted the name LİDER DEKORATİF DEMİR.

In 1997, we established a facility with 7,000 m² of indoor space in Kocaeli, transitioning to a factory structure and expanding both our production capacity and product range.

Without limiting our investments and goals, in 2013 we established a second factory in İzmir with 4,100 m² of indoor space, continuing our production activities.

As LİDER DEKORATİF DEMİR, we constantly increase our annual production capacity to 9,000 tons through modernization and investment, without compromising our policies on quality and customer satisfaction, while expanding our product range and improving our success year by year.

To ensure production according to world standards and achieve superior quality, LİDER DEKORATİF DEMİR leverages modern technology, equipping our facilities with automated machines, robotic systems, and new production lines. Additionally, by establishing our own R&D department, we accelerate production, improve quality, and produce cost-effective products. Our R&D team of 15 experts designs and manufactures molds and machinery in-house.

Prioritizing customer satisfaction, LİDER DEKORATİF DEMİR carefully monitors every stage of production, ensuring professional oversight from raw material procurement to the delivery of final products.

In line with these efforts, our achievements have been validated by international quality management certifications, including ISO 9001 and UKAS Quality Management certificates.
