Our company founded in 2004 with the slogan of transparent production. We adopted as a principle to share every aspect of our production process while keeping trust, quality and taste together.
With the mission of making the world taste one of the beauties of Safranbolu as a special product, our company had applied for a Geographic Certificate of Incorporation in 2006. After long investigations ''Safranbolu Lokumu'' is registered as one of the special products of Turkey.
Believing taste comes from nature and natural products, we produce our products using natural raw materials or nature-identical ingredients.
Having registered to ISO 22000:2005 Food Security Administrative System and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Security Administrarive System, our company maintains the production with sensibility and responsibility to the food security requirements of these documents.
Our aim is to keeping Safranbolu's traditional recipes,production techniques and offer to our valuable customers making sure that these values are being transferred to next generations.
