Cicek Salamura San. Tic. A.S. started its production in Izmir in 1988. It has increased its brand value by developing itself through continuous investments, increasing its production capacity, directing towards new markets in addition to its available customer portfolio and becoming a demanded brand of its industry in local and foreign markets without comprise on its product and service quality.
It practices ISO 22000 Quality Management System and HACCP (Hygiene Rules) in its production. It grows vegetables under supervision of agriculture engineers from seeds of its own procurement in fertile soils of various regions in Turkey according to the variety of the vegetables. All risks that may arise in all processes beginning from procurement of the product to production and shipment stage are minimized by taking measures against all risks harmful to human health. Thanks to this meticulousness, it was awarded the first Halal Food Certificate of its sector. Again for the first time in its sector, it has been deemed worthy of “Superior Taste Award” granted by International Taste & Quality Institute and awarded a certificate.
