In our Turkish Ravioli ( Manti ) journey, we started in the kitchen of our house in 1993, our goal was to strengthen our households. We use to dry Turkish raviolis made our business expert, my mother, İnci BALKAYA, near stove during cold weathers and under sunlight during summer.
We use to use public transport to deliver Turkish Raviolis ( Manti ) prepared by İnci BALKAYA to delivery addresses. During this process between 1993-1995, we saw that our house in which we worked with principles of “Quality” and “Confidence” was not enough. We rented a 80-sqm shop on September 2, 1995 and started our business.
Thanks to firsts and innovative solutions we brought to the sector, we got stronger.
By receiving results of our studies that we have conducted with various efforts until today. Nowadays, we begin to meet demands of our customers and prouded to distribute our products to many sales points in Turkey with the latest model -18 degrees in highest quality standards without impairing the daily freshness.
In order to continue the same quality of products at our points of sale, we began to place deep-freezers on consignment in 2004.
Under today’s busy working conditions, we understand very well that our working housewives want to prepare the finest meals to their husbands, guests and household inhabitants in a very short time and that workers away from their homes and students desire homemade meals. Our 3rd product in Turkish Ravioli products is Yaren. We began YarenTurkish Ravioli production in 2008 within the framework of market researches, customer and dealer needs. There are three types including bundle, small bundle and triangle.

Our Turkish Ravioli ( Manti ) products are quick-frozen at -40 degrees and stored at -18 degrees for the first time in Turkey, Aneda Gıda shares your mothers’ taste secret with you under Turkish Ravioli ( Manti ). We distribute our products to many sales points in Turkey with refrigerated vehicles at -18 degree in highest quality standards without impairing their quality and without breaking the cold chain ring. Thus, the final consumers should also keep our products in the freezer for a healthy use. Storage duration for our products is 3 months.
