Eris Flour Mills is one of the main wheat flour producers of Turkey with the production capacity of 2300MTS/ per day. As well as supplying in the local market, we export our products to more than 50 countries from various regions of world in the presentation of 1, 2, 5, 10, 25 and 50kg packaging. We are able to supply any purpose of wheat flour such as Bakery, Noodle, Biscuit, Chapatti, Industrial and Animal feed production etc, as per the customer's request. We are also official supplier of United Nations and produce for their organizations; i.e. WFP & UNRWA.

Within the most recent investment of Eris Food, our Noodle factory is now fully functional, operating full capacity to produce healthy and natural Noodles with no MSG, no GMO or artificial substances such as food coloring, sweetener or preservatives added. Our Instant Noodles (Fried) come in 6 different taste including Chicken, Beef, Curry, Vegetable, Tomato and Traditional while we supply our Dried Noodles with plain and egg options for Home Use and Horeca channel. In addition to the domestic market, we also export pasta to 14 countries.
